
Deepak Sharma
President and CEO
Deepak Sharma is a health system leader with more than 25 years of progressive experience across Ontario's hospital sector, spanning large academic centres, major community hospitals, and provincial health agencies.
Most recently, Deepak served as Vice President, Strategy & Organizational Performance at William Osler Health System, where he led the development and launch of a five-year strategic plan built through deep engagement with staff, patients, community members, and the Board of Directors. He spent over six years at Osler in executive leadership roles.
Prior to Osler, Deepak held senior leadership positions at North York General Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre, and Rouge Valley Health System, with additional consulting work for Cancer Care Ontario and the Ontario Ministry of Health.
Deepak holds a Master of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from York University's Schulich School of Business. He is a Certified Health Executive (CHE) through the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

Sarah Morris
Interim Chief Nursing Executive
Sarah began her nursing career in critical care and has 25 years of acute healthcare experience in both Canada and the UK. Sarah has 15 years of progressive leadership experience primarily in Professional Practice starting as a Clinical Nurse Educator and progressing into leadership roles. Sarah has served as the Director, Professional Practice, IPAC and Allied Health at RVH for the past 5 years. Demonstrating exceptional, respectful leadership, and a strong commitment to clinical practice and evidence-based care. Sarah is passionate about her work and is committed to continuous quality improvement to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
Sarah is a lifelong learner and educator and has an extensive background in both of these areas. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University and Masters in Nursing-Nursing Executive from Walden University. She successfully completed certificates from York University’s Osgoode Health Law and Professional Regulation and Discipline, the APMG Change Management Foundations & Practitioner certification, Preparation for Mentorship, Teaching & Learning in Clinical Practice, and holds her Canadian Nurses Association certification in Critical Care among other notable programs and accomplishments.

Sharon Ramagnano
Interim Vice President, Clinical Services
Sharon brings over 25 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with a strong focus on emergency and acute care services. As Interim Vice President of Clinical Services at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, she provides strategic and operational leadership across a wide range of clinical programs, championing safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
In her role as Interim VP of Clinical Services at Stevenson Memorial Hospital and Operations Director of Emergency, Critical Care, & Trauma at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH), Sharon leads dynamic teams in delivering high-volume, fast-paced healthcare services. Prior to her time at RVH, she held several leadership positions at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, including Manager of the Tory Trauma Program and Office for Injury Prevention, Advanced Practice Nurse in Emergency and Trauma, Clinical Educator, and Clinical Care Leader. She also served as Director of Policy, Education, and Professional Practice – Transplant at the Trillium Gift of Life Network.
Sharon combines over a decade of hands-on experience in emergency nursing with a deep understanding of system-level leadership. She holds a Master of Health Science in Health Administration, a Masters of Health Sciences of Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) through APMG International. Additionally, Sharon is a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) through the Canadian Nurses Association.
She is widely respected for her collaborative leadership style, system thinking, and unwavering commitment to continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.

Dr. Roger Musa
Chief of Staff
Dr. Musa left Ontario in 2001 to pursue a career in medicine. He became the Medical Director at AultmanNow Urgent Walk-In Clinic in Ohio and has since spent a majority of his medical career in Ohio at Aultman Hospital.
He became a Hospitalist in 2008 and has advanced his career to hold positions such as Program Director, Family Medicine Residency Program, Vice Chair of the Department of Inpatient Medicine, and most recently, Executive Director of Medical Education.
Dr. Musa became a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant at Aultman Hospital and has an extensive educational background. He is a member of the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, Physician Delegate to the American Academy of Family Physicians and is a Clinical Associate Professor at Northeast Ohio Medical University.
He has been recognized for his contributions to education and in medicine, having been awarded the Medical Staff Service Award in 2023 and Faculty Teacher of the Year Award, three years in a row from 2010-12, among many other awards and accomplishments.

Martin Mazza
Vice President, Corporate Services & Chief Financial Officer
Martin has extensive experience in the health care sector as a financial and operational executive, having worked as a VP of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital, Grey Bruce Health Services and Brockville General Hospital, among others.
His experience also includes the oversight of the redevelopment of a new hospital, strategy development pertaining to operating budgets and has experience overall in small/medium hospitals in the province.
Martin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from York University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has completed the Advanced Health Leadership program through the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
