Become an Advisory Member 

Would you like to have a say about the vision for healthcare in your community? Residents can let their voices be heard and demonstrate continued support for their community hospital by becoming Advisory Members.

As an Advisory Member, you play an important role in providing feedback to our Hospital - feedback that we greatly value. You also have the opportunity to apply or nominate a fellow Advisory Member to a Board Committee. Not only is this an exciting opportunity to get involved on a hospital board committee, but it is also an opportunity to gain valuable experience and enhance your qualifications to serve on the board in the future.

Deadline: Annual membership will run for one year from April 1st to March 31st. Receipt of the completed form by March 30th would be appreciated; however, memberships are available at any time throughout the year.
